COCOA POWDER EXTRACTION FOR AROMA USE

CONTEXT

Our customer produces and markets natural extracts for the perfume and flavour industry. The company wanted to expand and modernise its cocoa extract production.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

Our customer entrusted Tournaire Equipment with the installation of a modern turnkey cocoa powder processing unit to extract aromas. The large scale unit had to be installed on one of Grasse’s historical sites in a limited space.

SUPPLIE

Tournaire Equipment designed, manufactured and installed 2 complete processing lines equipped with the latest generation of agitated filtrating bottom extractors, a falling film evaporator and other auxiliary equipment. The installed semi-automated production line allows the production of 4 tons of cocoa powder per day.
