Groupe ADF demonstrates its Customer Experience through its reference contracts!

This “made in ADF” program is intended to promote and support Groupe ADF contracts on customer sites.

By challenging, in a spirit of partnership, the teams of our contracts. Their goals are to best meet our demanding criteria on subjects such as CSR, operational excellence or digital innovation. A multidisciplinary committee evaluates our teams based on an objective analysis of customer satisfaction and the observed effects on the actions taken.

Groupe ADF provides teams with access to expert communities to share feedback and ideas for improving skills. Indeed, Groupe ADF’s Excellence department creates various key moments of meeting and sharing tools. The experts can be internal with the HSEQ department, Operational Excellence, the finance department, Human Resources, the legal department, and the training department, as well as external from certified partner coaches.

Moreover, operational support for implementing Methods solutions focused on digitalization is planned.

In 2022, Groupe ADF awarded a prize to 6 contracts such as ArcelorMittal Agglo 3 in Dunkirk, INEOS in Lavera, TotalEnergies Polymères in Le Havre, Tereos in Nesle and two major players in aeronautics.

In this approach, the key actor of course is the customer since without its validation; the contract cannot be elected reference contract.
