CONTEXT

Our customer is an Indonesian cigarette manufacturer that uses cloves to flavour its products. When cloves are handled, large quantities of dust are generated. Our customer called on Tournaire to recycle this waste.

FIELD OF APPLICATION

After a successful distillation test on a 2 ton sample of cloves, our customer entrusted Tournaire Equipment with the commissioning of a fully automated production plant in Indonesia.

SUPPLIE

Tournaire Equipment designed, manufactured and installed 8 distillation units and 2 rectification units to process respectively 30 tons/day of clove and 2.7 tons/day of eugenol 99%.
