Groupe ADF confirms its leadership in the industry sector with the acquisition of Novexa Group, made up of Novexa and APMG Mécanique.
Groupe ADF reinforces its maintenance engineering know-how by integrating Novexa’s unique tube wear management technique. Developed for over 20 years, this expertise includes several expertises:
- Technical audit,
- Reprofiling,
- Tyres / roller machining
- Welding.
This way, the trained teams are able to treat, on site and without disassembly, transmission and guidance organs of equipment. Recognized worldwide, the integration of Novexa into Groupe ADF is a real asset for industrials, particularly in the materials and health sectors.
On the other hand, the APMG workshop, located in the suburbs of Lyon, offers a large-scale machining capacity and industrial maintenance expertise that strengthens the Groupe ADF’s presence in the Rhône-Alpes region.
