Group ADF strengthens its position in the nuclear energy sector with the acquisition of the ENGIE SOLUTIONS “Nuclear Maintenance and Associated Works” Business Line.

ADF Group announces the acquisition of ENGIE Solutions nuclear business line, dedicated to nuclear maintenance and associated works. With a turnover of €25m in 2022 and around twenty sites in France, this business serves customers such as EDF, CEA and Technicatome.

More than 170 employees are joining the Groupe ADF, which is already about to hire around a hundred nuclear technicians as part of the planned expansion of its activities from 2024.

With more than 750 employees in its subsidiary dedicated to the nuclear sector, Groupe ADF has been active in this sector for more than thirty years, and now generates a turnover of around €100m.

Thanks to this acquisition, Groupe ADF is broadening its range of expertise and services. It now offers a more comprehensive range of services, including maintenance contracts for all building trades, such as HVAC (air conditioning, ventilation and heating) and HV/LV (high and low voltage) electrical systems at nuclear sites.
