ADF Group took part in the competition organised by We Evolen during the Annual Days and was selected or its outstanding actions in the field of gender equality
Evolen is a French association of companies and professionals working in the field of Energy.
The We Evolen Committee was created to promote women, encourage gender diversity and women’s careers, and raise awareness among key players in Evolen member companies.
The ADF Group therefore took part in the competition organised by We Evolen and was awarded for its remarkable actions in terms of gender equality along 4 lines
1- promoting gender diversity,
2- putting equality at the heart of the corporate culture
3- creating working conditions that are favourable to equality,
4- organising its remuneration policy
