The inauguration ceremony for the FAB1 Morocco plant was held on October 3.
The inauguration ceremony for ADF Morocco’s FAB1 plant, on October 3, was presided over by the governor of the Nouaceur province, Hassan Zitouni, in the presence of Ali Seddiki, Director of Aerospace Industries, representing the Minister for Industry, Investment, Trade and the Digital Economy, Moulay Hafid Elalamy. Also in attendance were Hamid Benbrahim, the CEO of MIDPARC, Karim Cheikh, CEO of GIMAS, and Marc Eliayan, CEO of Groupe ADF.
The event, which was attended by a whole host of personalities and industrialists from the Moroccan aerospace sector, heralds the arrival of an industrial tooling plant in the MIDPARC free zone, located in the Nouaceur province of Casablanca.
The new plant has already created 40 jobs and the Group is planning to double its headcount by 2020.
This latest milestone cements Groupe ADF’s drive to expand abroad and become a leading manufacturer of aerospace tools.
