Fabrication and repair of sheet metal equipment

ADF accompanies its customers in the design, fabrication and commissioning of installations involving gases or fluids and for which complex sheet metal equipment needs to be constructed (exchangers, capacities, reactors, reheaters, catalysers, columns). ADF also intervenes as a specialist in the repair of sheet metal equipment on site.

ADF has proven expertise and know-how in welding, confirmed by qualifications in over 500 operating modes. Our welders are qualified for processes such as orbital welding, post flux welding or double torch welding.

ADF is helping to build the first French EPR reactor being constructed at Flamanville, supplying a set of 70 DESP tanks, mainly made of 304 L stainless steel and the volumes of which range from 2 to 150 m3. This equipment is built in compliance with the RCCM and EN 13445 standards.
