Study and fabrication of skids ADF designs and manufactures skids (modules required to operate industrial installations) mainly designed for energy production. These modules are designed for export markets (Middle East, China, Africa, and Europe). For over 25 years, ADF has worked on supply and treatment units for fuel and gas (filtration, transfer, regulation) and on washing systems. Our solutions With a solid experience in the fabrication of skids, ADF carries out the study, design and creation of prototypes. We have a coordination team, a workshop and a design office dedicated to the fabrication of the modules. ADF works with the main energy producers and makes skids which meet their requirements, regardless of if they are:  Statutory: adaptation to the standards in force in the country in question Environmental: use of materials suited to the specific aspects of the region of the installation (temperature, hydrometry) Quality: the entire module may be customised to suit the requirements of the customer.
Each module is supplied with quality documents thus guaranteeing the conformity of the materials in line with the requirement defined in the specifications References ADF manufactures over 200 modules a year.
Annual production of skids: 200 units and 1000 tons.
As part of an international project for an energy producing customer, ADF has developed 2 prototypes used to dilute steam and Nitrogen (high pressure at 425°C). This injected mixture permits a reduction in the pollution of the vapours. The project was carried out in cooperation with the customer's engineering located in the Indies and the United States. ADF used a dedicated team for all of the studies, coordination, drafting of the Quality documents and the functional tests prior to shipment. The final customer, located in China, was delivered in less than 7 months.
