Our solutions

The preventive maintenance and innovation we apply allows the customer to minimise, durably, the percentage of machine stoppages on the entire glass making process and when changing over the production. Our contracts are therefore judged and measured on performance indicators :

• "PTM" Pack to Melt, which is to say the quantity of packed material compared to the quantity melted
  
• "JCI" Job Change Index.

We make available a pool of expert mechanical and electro-mechanical technicians on the site, ensuring complete availability and excellent reactivity. ADF commits to transparency as concerns its results, which show our performance on a daily basis, which thus helps to create a positive partnership. We take charge of managing the customer's spare parts and consumables store client ensuring that the equipment is available for the work to be carried out and the optimisation of the value of the stock.
